		<description>What an amazing program!  As I have had occasion to speak with kids involved in school sports, the concept of motivation to courageous action has been exactly what they need.  This system of Mental Karate would be a well designed roadmap to implement a program at all public school systems.  I will wholeheartedly recommend this to the schools I am involved at.
